On Monday, April 10, 2017, the Fort Worth Scottish Rite Foundation delivered a $4,025.00 check to the Town of Pantego for purchase of public safety equipment for the Pantego Police Department.

The donation was presented by John Allen to Assistant Chief/Lieutenant Barry Reeves and Public Safety Chief Thomas Griffith during April’s Town Council Meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Gilbert also attended on behalf of the Foundation.

The funds donated this year by the Foundation allowed purchase of seven (7) Active Response kits including both protective and rescue equipment for Pantego officers. The Foundation is honored to make a contribution every year in support of the men and women serving in a local police department.
